About

I am a writer, yogi and dog lover. I’ve been doing yoga for a while, but not until I lost my job did my practice really begin. Now, I practice about five times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. Yoga has taught me a lot about myself and helped me through some very difficult times. The community I belong to inspires me to be a better person. I hope to share some of my daily experiences related to yoga, whether it’s about my practice at class or musings on yoga in the news.
